“Unfortunately no one will be moving here, but I will keep your info for the future.”

“This this is an interesting program. I definitely want to keep in touch. I will let you know about the buyer. However I think they want to live inside the home. But I definitely want to stay connected with you.”

Handyman Responses

Thank you for reaching out! The buyer has scheduled someone a family member recommended for inspection & contract is as is, but I will definitely keep your information for the future. Are you inspection or home repair or both? Do you have a website?

Thanks for reaching out. Good marketing strategy. We just received our inspection list from the buyers. I’ll talk to my seller clients and FW your information

Please send some realtor referrals/testimonials

I’d like to see if you can meet me and my buyers on Monday? They need the entire upstairs, the living room and a couple of stairs replaced.

I have attached our inspection request from the Buyer. There are several siding items that needs repaired and maybe a few others you may be able to help repair. Will you look at the report and let me know if you could help with any of it?

Yes let me know a time with at least a 24 hour notice to inform my tenants.

Thank you for getting in touch with me. Id love to meet you sometime in person and we have coffee or lunch sometime. Let me know a few dates that would work for you.

Hello, how much do you charge for microwave removal and installation? The Home Depot said they cannot do it because the screws they had were too long.

Roofing Responses

Hi! I just want to say thank you for the email. 65 Davidson has a new roof as of about 3 years ago however, I wanted you to know that your email was well received and appreciated.

Hi Robert – Thank you!!! I appreciate this! I don’e need help YET, but I’ll save your information for when I do because I am sure at some point I will need your help!

Thank you for the information! What does an estimate cost and what is your time frame for an estimate?

Hi thnx for the mail. I’d like to get an estimate on a rubber roof for my house.

I should have the property under contract in the next day or so and I’m going to forward the new buyer your estimate.

Thanks, Jonathan. Do you make repairs on roofs for inspection reports?

There are a few missing at the house. Let me know how much you will charge to fix this. Thanks.

Do you replace roofs on mobile homes?

Your timing couldn’t be more perfect. There is a possibility we will need to replace the roof for this listing. The inspection for the buyer is tomorrow and I doubt you can get on the roof today with the snow. But first and foremost, how has your experience been with Travelers insurance? We would hope to get an insurance claim if possible.

Thank you for reaching out. We were fine on this one however roofing repairs are pretty common need and I’m constantly looking for new reliable contractors.
